Team Trust Overview, with trust health, who trusts whom, trust over time, and team effectiveness. Company team is selected.

Higher trust. Stronger teams. Successful projects.

Whether it’s a project team spanning several companies or a team inside your own organization, trust shapes how people share information, make decisions and solve problems. Teams with stronger trust work better together, and better teams deliver successful projects.

Most advisors focus on one side: the contract or the people. TrustFrame works on both, because one weak frame brings the other down.

The TrustFrame: where system meets team.

Every team stands on two frames: the system and the people in it. The TrustFrame shows how they connect, and how they grow into your team’s real network of trust.

What we’ve found in real project teams

We mapped trust as a network, who actually trusts whom, across real construction project teams.

More trust, more effective teams.

Weak spots can be caught early.

Mapping trust shows where it’s one-way or rests on one person, so you can fix it before it becomes a delay or a dispute.
